Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. You pay only for your chosen membership, nothing else.
Can I cancel or freeze my membership?
Yes. Cancel any time. You can freeze for up to 3 months per year, just speak to reception.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and a water bottle. We have gloves and wraps to borrow while you are getting started.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Our Boxing for All class is built for complete beginners.
Are the kids classes safe?
Yes. All junior sessions are non-contact until coaches assess readiness. Parent consent required for all under-18 members.
