Left Hook Ltd – Membership Terms

• 1.Membership
• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Access is granted only to the registered member
• 2.Conduct

Members must

Respect staff, coaches, and other members Behave appropriately at all times Follow all Gym rules and instructions

Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.

• 3.Gym Rules
• Appropriate gym attire must be worn (footwear, wraps, gloves, shirt)
• Equipment must be returned after use
• ID must be provided upon request
• Sharing access with non-members is strictly prohibited
• 4.Health & Safety
• Members must disclose relevant medical conditions
• Participation is at your own risk
• Staff instructions must be followed at all times
• 5.Minors
• Under 18s require parental/guardian consent
• Under 18s may only train in accordance with Gym policies
• 6.Payments
• Fees must be paid in advance
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension
• 7.Termination

Left Hook Ltd reserves the right to

Refuse entry Suspend or terminate membership Enforce rules at its discretion 8. Changes

The Gym may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
