Boxing is a great workout and release – whether you’re new to the sport and in it for the exercise or if you’re competing at amateur or professional level.

Before you enter the boxing ring you need to be fit and you need to know how to put on hand bandages, how to punch and most importantly, how to move.

You’ll go through intense circuit training in each class to build up your fitness levels, learning techniques and strategy as you go.  You’ll be matched to partners to spar and practice with along the way.  Qualified and experienced coaches will drive, motivate and teach you to box.

All classes are mixed and welcome men and women at beginner and intermediate levels.  Each hour-long class is made up of vigorous exercises including running, cycling, skipping, weights, aerobics, sparring and shadow boxing to improve your technique, footwork, posture, strength and balance.

You can simply choose to enjoy the classes each week for fitness or you can spend time with one of our experienced instructors who will train you up to compete.  Your personal trainer will design a regime dependent on your requirements and take you through the grading levels until you are ready to fight…and win.
