Welcome to Left Hook

Left Hook is London's best kept secret. For over 14 years this authentic spit-and-sawdust boxing gym has been hosting, training and showcasing both amateur and professional boxers. Our clubs regularly feature in the press, and were voted one of London’s best gyms and fitness centres in 2008 by TimeOut magazine.

Managed and administered by boxers, our London clubs are like no other. We provide ‘Boxing for All’ – for those who want to compete, want a new challenge, for want to learn the art and techniques of boxing, and for those searching an extreme workout.

Classes are mixed to cater for men, women, boys and girls, and are structured to enhance the experience of boxers with all levels of fitness and ability. Everyone is welcome.

If you are new to the discipline we will show you the ropes, mentor you and teach you every aspect of the sport in a friendly, safe and non-threatening manner. If you’re a boxer, you’ve come to the home of boxing in the UK for support and intense training. Welcome to Left Hook.
